Note: Any vacancies of OC, BC, SC, Minority, Gurukulam Employees Quota and Sports Quota will be filled up by ST students only as per ST merit list.

Eligibility:

All the students in Telangana who passed 5th class in April, 2023 from Residential Schools, Model Schools, Ashram Schools, Govt. Schools, Zilla Parishad Schools, Govt. Aided Schools and other Govt. Recognized schools are eligible for admission.

The Entrance Test will be in objective type. Only the meritorious students from the entrance test will be permitted to attend Skill Test on order of merit until filling up 80 seats. After Skill Test, the selected students will get admission into 6th class with integrated coaching in “Music, Dance and Fine Arts” along with all benefits which extended by TS Gurukulam, such as free boarding, lodging, Uniform, note books & text books, bedding material and examination fee etc.

  1. They should be passed 5th class in April – 2023 only.
  2. Students studying in Telugu / English Medium are eligible to appear for the Entrance Test and the question paper will be English only.
  3. Parental Income for the year 2023-24 financial year should not exceed Rupees Two Lakh per annum for urban and 1.5 lakh for rural or as per the Government guidelines at the time of admissions.
  4. Selected candidates have to produce necessary certificates like, Caste, Income, Aadhaar Card., Study Certificate, T.C., Medical Fitness Certificate (from not less than Assistant Civil Surgeon), (06) Passport size photos at the time of admission.
  5. The Entrance Test will consist of Multiple Choice Questions for 100 marks. Telugu (20 marks),English (30 marks), Mathematics (30 marks), Science (10 marks) and Social Studies (10 marks). Each question carries one mark. Correct answers should be bubbled in OMR Sheet.
  6. The question paper will be prepared from the basics of 5th class (Telugu, English, Mathematics and EVS subjects).

Age Limit:

  1. The candidates born not earlier than 1stApril, 2011 and not later than 31st March, 2013 as on 31st March 2023 are eligible.
  2. The date of birth accepted by the Gurukulam is that entered in the Study Certificate or Transfer Certificate (T.C.). These certificates are required to be submitted only after the declaration of the result of the written part of the examination. No other document relating to age like horoscopes, affidavits, birth extracts from Municipal Corporation, service records and the like will be accepted.
  3. NOTE: Candidates should note that once a date of birth has been claimed by them and entered in the records for the purpose of admission to an Examination, no change will be allowed subsequently or at any subsequent examination on any ground whatsoever.

Submission of Application Form through ONLINE:

  1. The applicants should submit their applications through ONLINE visiting website www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in
  2. Registration fee for submission of application through ONLINE is Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred only)
  3. Before filling the application through online the candidates should read the information already uploaded in the website www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in
  4. The 100 kb pass port size photo and 50 kb signature of the student is permitted to upload.
  5. The Candidates are advised to download the Hall-tickets from 2nd May 2023 from the Gurukulam website.

TSPSC DEPARTMENTAL TESTS MAY-2023 NOTIFICATION

TELANGANA STATE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION:HYDERABAD DEPARTMENTAL TESTS-MAY-2023 SESSION NOTIFICATION NO : 02/2023

It is to inform that the Departmental Tests will be conducted on On-Line mode with CBT (Computer Based Test) method for May- 2023 Session vide Notification No. 02/2023. Examinations will be held at (09) earlier District Head Quarters of Telangana state including Hyderabad clubbed with Ranga Reddy covered under HMDA jurisdiction.

Examination schedule is given below:
The candidates are requested to opt District preferences for exam centre to appear for the exam in addition to their working district at the time of submission of application.

Examinations shall be conducted on On-Line mode in computer Based Test (CBT) method of examination.

For details and other necessary information, the candidates are instructed to go through the Notification carefully which is available on the Commission’s official web-site www.tspsc.gov.in

How to Apply:

The candidates are instructed to read the notification thoroughly before applying. For any details and clarifications, the candidates are advised to visit Commission‟s Official web-site http://www.tspsc.gov.in

The candidates are instructed to be careful while submitting the details at the time of submission of on-line application as the details once submitted cannot be amended at all. It is candidate‟s responsibility that the details submitted are true and genuine. Representation or request in what so ever manner will not be entertained in this regard.

STEP-1:-The applicants have to login to the website (www.tspsc.gov.in) and to first fill DTE Application form with their basic details like Name, Father Name, DOB etc.. and get their DTE Id. While filling the same, the candidates have to ensure that there are no mistakes done. The Commission bears no responsibility for the mistakes made by the candidates. (If candidates already have DTE ID number then he/she can proceed to STEP-II.)

STEP-2:- The applicant has to click on Fill Application Form link to provide his/her DTE Id, DOB and Mobile Number and click on Go button. The basic details of the applicant will be automatically pre-populated and the applicants need to select the Tests and Papers for which they wish to appear.

STEP-3:- Immediately on entering the above details and clicking on Pay Now button, the applicants will be redirected to the Payment Gateway page.

STEP-4:- The applicant should pay the prescribed fee as specified using his/her desired payment mode (Internet Banking / Credit Card / Debit card) available in the Payment gateway. Separate instructions have to be followed for each mode of payment.

STEP-5:-After successful payment of fee, the Application receipt will be generated which contains the particulars furnished by the applicants. The Application Reference Number in the Application form has to be quoted for future reference/correspondence. The Applications received On-line in the prescribed proforma provided in the Commission‟s website within the stipulated time shall only be considered and the Commission will not be held responsible for any kind of discrepancy.

Fee & Procedure for remittance of Fee:

The Examination fee for each Paper is Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only). However, no fee is prescribed for the Tests in Gujarathi and Marwari Languages.

The applicant shall pay Rs. 400/-(Rupees Four Hundred Only) towards Application processing fee for each test, besides the examination fee payable to the Secretary, T.S. Public Service Commission, Hyderabad through Net-Banking/Debit/Credit Card in TS On-line or e-pay from 23/03/2023 to 24/04/2023 by 11:59 PM.

The application of the candidate is admitted provisionally subject to reconciliation of the fee from the Bank

Any fee once remitted under this Notification, shall not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. Failure to pay the requisite Examination fee, Application fee will entail total rejection of application. Government removed all fee exemptions vide G.O.Ms.No. 360, General Administration (Services-C) Department, dated: 16/08/2002

IPOs/Demand Drafts are not accepted.
