ENTRANCE TEST FOR ADMISSION INTO 6th CLASS WITH INTEGRATED COACHING IN MUSIC, DANCE & FINE ARTS FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-24 IN TTWR FINE ARTS SCHOOL (CO-ED), NARSAPUR, MEDAK DISTRICT

The vacancies for filling up 80 seats in 6th class are as follows.

Note: Any vacancies of OC, BC, SC, Minority, Gurukulam Employees Quota and Sports Quota will be filled up by ST students only as per ST merit list.

Eligibility:

All the students in Telangana who passed 5th class in April, 2023 from Residential Schools, Model Schools, Ashram Schools, Govt. Schools, Zilla Parishad Schools, Govt. Aided Schools and other Govt. Recognized schools are eligible for admission.

The Entrance Test will be in objective type. Only the meritorious students from the entrance test will be permitted to attend Skill Test on order of merit until filling up 80 seats. After Skill Test, the selected students will get admission into 6th class with integrated coaching in “Music, Dance and Fine Arts” along with all benefits which extended by TS Gurukulam, such as free boarding, lodging, Uniform, note books & text books, bedding material and examination fee etc.

1. They should be passed 5th class in April – 2023 only.
2. Students studying in Telugu / English Medium are eligible to appear for the Entrance Test and the question paper will be English only.
3. Parental Income for the year 2023-24 financial year should not exceed Rupees Two Lakh per annum for urban and 1.5 lakh for rural or as per the Government guidelines at the time of admissions.
4. Selected candidates have to produce necessary certificates like, Caste, Income, Aadhaar Card., Study Certificate, T.C., Medical Fitness Certificate (from not less than Assistant Civil Surgeon), (06) Passport size photos at the time of admission.
5. The Entrance Test will consist of Multiple Choice Questions for 100 marks. Telugu (20 marks),English (30 marks), Mathematics (30 marks), Science (10 marks) and Social Studies (10 marks). Each question carries one mark. Correct answers should be bubbled in OMR Sheet.
6. The question paper will be prepared from the basics of 5th class (Telugu, English, Mathematics and EVS subjects).

Age Limit:

1. The candidates born not earlier than 1stApril, 2011 and not later than 31st March, 2013 as on 31st March 2023 are eligible.
2. The date of birth accepted by the Gurukulam is that entered in the Study Certificate or Transfer Certificate (T.C.). These certificates are required to be submitted only after the declaration of the result of the written part of the examination. No other document relating to age like horoscopes, affidavits, birth extracts from Municipal Corporation, service records and the like will be accepted.
3. NOTE: Candidates should note that once a date of birth has been claimed by them and entered in the records for the purpose of admission to an Examination, no change will be allowed subsequently or at any subsequent examination on any ground whatsoever.

Submission of Application Form through ONLINE:

1. The applicants should submit their applications through ONLINE visiting website www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in
2. Registration fee for submission of application through ONLINE is Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred only)
3. Before filling the application through online the candidates should read the information already uploaded in the website www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in
4. The 100 kb pass port size photo and 50 kb signature of the student is permitted to upload.
5. The Candidates are advised to download the Hall-tickets from 2nd May 2023 from the Gurukulam website.

Entrance Test:

1.)The Entrance Test will be conducted on 07.05.2023 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm

1. 1)Only the meritorious students from the Entrance Test are permitted to attend Skill Test.
2. 2) The list of eligible candidates for Skill Test will be informed through SMS / Phone call.
3. 3) The number of students will be selected into 6th class as per the following skill areas in Fine Arts.

Final Selection of Students:

1. A total of 40 students (Girls) who are selected in Skill Test amongst the meritorious students from Entrance Test will be given admission into 6th class in TTWR Fine Arts School (Co-Ed), Narsapur, Medak District.
2. A total of 40 students (Boys) who are selected in Skill Test amongst the meritorious students from Entrance Test will be given admission into 6th class in TTWR Fine Arts School (Co-Ed), Narsapur, Medak District.
