TGSWRJC CET-2026 NOTIFICATION AND ONLINE APPLICATION
The TGSWRJC CET-2026 notification has been released for students seeking admission into Telangana Social Welfare Residential Junior Colleges for the academic year 2026–27. This entrance exam is conducted to offer seats in COE (Centers of Excellence), Non-COE, Sainik, and Vocational colleges, where students can study Intermediate along with free hostel, food, and coaching facilities. It is one of the best opportunities for SSC students, especially those from economically weaker backgrounds, to receive quality education and prepare for competitive exams like IIT, NEET, and CLAT without financial burden.

Students who are appearing or have passed SSC (10th Class) in 2026 can apply online through the official Gurukulam website. Selection will be based on merit in the entrance exam, followed by counselling and reservation rules. Thousands of students apply every year, so early application and proper preparation are very important to secure a seat.

Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for TGSWRJC CET-2026, students must meet the following conditions:
The students from native of Telangana State are eligible to apply for TGSWR ntermediate admissions through TGSW RJC-CET-2026.
The students, who are appearing for SSC Public Examination in March-2026 /ICSE / CBSE on regular basis are eligible to apply.
The annual income of the parent should not exceed Rs.2,00,000/- for Urban tudents and Rs.1,50,000/- for Rural students. Income certificate issued by MRO to this extent should be submitted at the time of admission.
Candidate should be medically fit at the time of admission.
The age of the students should not exceed 17 years as on 31.08.2026 for BC,Minority and Other Caste and not exceed 19 years forSC, SCCC and ST.

INFORMATION TO BE FURNISHED AT THE TIME OF ONLINE REGISTRATION BY THE CANDIDATE:
At the time of submission of ONLINE application the candidate should upload his/her passport size photograph and signature and furnish the following information in the prescribed format.
a) Name of the candidate with surname
b) Mother & Father name
c) Date of Birth.
d) Aadhaar card number.
e) Gender (Boy or Girl)
f) X class study details like year of study (academic year), school name and address.
g) Annual Income of parents.
h) Information about Religion: Minority category (Muslim/Christian/Jain/Parsi/Buddhist/Sikh), Hindu category (SC/ST/BC/OC)
i) Mobile no. of Parents.
j) Residential address.
k) Option of Group i.e. M.P.C., B. P.C. M.E.C, C.E.C. or H.E.C (Only one group is to be opted) and vocational groups [Optional].
l) Candidate should opt all Junior Colleges in order of preference for admission.
m) Information about Physical Disability, Orphan if applicable.


Exam Pattern:
Mode: Offline (OMR-based exam)
The test is (OMR based), Circles should be bubbled with Blue / Black Ball point pen only and Pencils should not be used
Duration: 2.5 hours
Question Type: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
Each question carries ONE mark. Each Question has only one correct / ppropriate answer.
For each wrong answer 1/4thmark shall be deducted.

MPC:160 MCQs 160 Marks(English:20 Marks, Maths:60 Marks, Physics: 40 Marks, Chemistry: 40 Marks
BPC:160 MCQs 160 Marks(English:20 Marks, Maths:20 Marks, Physics: 40 Marks, Chemistry: 40 Marks, Bio.science: 40 Marks
MEC/CEC/HEC:160 MCQs 160 Marks(English:20 Marks, Maths:40 Marks, Social: 70 Marks, G.K. & Current Affairs: 30 Marks
The question paper will be based on the SSC syllabus.
